AIA Certification Protocol

All Axios Intelligence Agency (AIA) training programs operate under a unified certification framework designed to maintain a consistent standard of excellence across all divisions and disciplines.

Each course within the AIA training curriculum requires the successful completion of a defined number of instructional hours, distributed across a flexible schedule. These hours represent the cumulative total of required instruction—whether delivered in a single session or across multiple phases—necessary to qualify for certification.

To formally obtain certification, all candidates must successfully complete the AIA-E (Axios Intelligence Agency Examination), a final evaluation tailored to the specific discipline or course attended. This exam serves as a comprehensive assessment of applied knowledge, practical skill, and operational readiness.

Key Certification Principles:

  • Total Time Requirement: Each course specifies the total number of instructional hours required to meet baseline competency and performance standards.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Hours may be completed across one or more sessions, depending on operational tempo, availability, and instructional design.

  • Final Qualification: Certification is only granted upon successful completion of the AIA-E, which may include written, oral, and/or scenario-based evaluations.

  • Unified Standards: All AIA-certified courses adhere to internal doctrine, training quality benchmarks, and verification by command-level training officers.

This structure ensures that every certified operator, instructor, or leader within the AIA meets the same operational standard—regardless of specialization, division, or track.
