🛡️ How to Join the Axios Intelligence Agency (AIA) 

🔍 Qualifications

To be eligible, all candidates must meet the following entry requirements:

  • 🎮 Must own Arma Reforger

  • 🎙️ Must have a working microphone

  • 🕒 Must be 18+ (or 16+ with acceptance into our “Yung Waiver Program”)

  • 📜 Must abide by our MILSIM standards and rules of conduct

🚪 Your First Steps

  1. Join our Recruitment Hub Discord.

  2. Type /apply to launch the AIA Entry Application.
    ⚠️ Your application progress is only saved for 3 hours.

  3. Complete the form in full. If you need help at any time, tag @Recruiter or @Senior Recruiter — they’ll guide you through the process.

  4. Submit the form and await your Application Review Decision.

If approved, you’ll be moved to Phase II.

📘 Phase II – EAP (Entrance Assessment Program)

Once accepted, you’ll have 14 days to attend and complete the EAP — our Entrance Assessment Program.

The EAP is the foundational course required to become a certified agent in the Axios Intelligence Agency. It is designed to instill discipline, knowledge, and tactical readiness through immersive instruction covering:

  • 🔰 AIA Formations

  • 🧱 Organizational Structure

  • ⚔️ CQB Fundamentals

  • 🔐 Operational Ethics

  • 🔊 Comms Discipline

  • 🔒 Role-Specific Indoctrination
